Class Descriptions


Our signature 90-minute Hot Yoga class
also referred to as Bikram Yoga. In this class, you will perform a sequence of 26 postures + 2 breathing exercises that systematically work every part of the body, including your muscles, ligaments, joints, bones, and internal organs, helping you maintain optimal health.


Get ready to shift your preception of Hot Yoga.
In this 60-minute version of our signature class you will still do the traditional sequence of 26 postures + 2 breathing exercises, but in a slightly different format, including some flows, as well as fun variations and modifications. Although this class is only 60 minutes, you will still receive maximum benefits.


A studio favorite. Most of the postures in this class come straight from our signature Hot Yoga class but are presented in a flow form, with low lights, and set to music.
Throughout the 60 minutes, you will do at least one set of each posture and the teacher will give plenty of variations and modifications making this class perfect for a seasoned practitioner who wants to try new things, as well as a beginner who is completely new to the practice of yoga. Also, enjoy a refreshing mini mediation at the end of each practice.

Yoga Strengthening and Conditioning (120 mins)

An opportunity to dive deeper into your Hot Yoga practice.
Also known as the Hot Yoga Advanced Class join Jessica as she leads you through the original 84 postures in this two hour class every other Saturday. In this class, you will gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the core 26 + 2, while also having the opportunity to try out many new postures.

Yin Yoga (non-heated)

A non-heated yoga practice that works deeply into your body with passive, longer-held poses.
This practice targets the connective tissues (i.e., the fascia), as well as ligaments, joints, and bones. Energetically, Yin Yoga helps improve the flow of energy (chi) along the body’s meridian lines, targeting specific organs and areas of the body that may be holding residual tension. Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to Hot Yoga.

Studio Rules & Polices

Studio Etiquette

Classes are for all levels. All of our classes are designed for all levels-first-time students and experienced practitioners alike!

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first class and check-in at the front desk.
  • Bring a yoga mat, large towel and water with you. These items are available for rent or purchase if you forget.
  • Please place your phone on silent upon entering the studio. No phones to be used in the yoga room.
  • Listen carefully to the teachers instructions and get ready to sweat and have fun.

Reservations Policy

Please take a look at our online schedule and book your class before coming to the studio to ensure you have a spot.

Cancellation Policy

If you have booked a class and cannot make it, please cancel at least 30 minutes before class so another student can have your spot in class.

Refund Policy

Prior to purchasing a class please make sure you can attend since we are unable to refund classes once they are booked.
