90 Hot Yoga Class
The traditional 90 minute Hot Yoga class also know as Bikram Yoga. A sequence of 26 postures + 2 breathing exercises to systematically work every part of the body, to give all the internal organs, veins, ligaments, joints, and all the muscles everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function.
75 HOT YOGA CLASS
A condensed version of the 90 minute class. Be prepared to flow some of the postures in both the standing series and floor series in this version of the 26 postures + 2 breathing exercises . The class will give you all the benefits of the traditional class in 75 minutes without the class feeling rushed.
60 Hot Yoga Class
Get ready to shift your perception of Hot Yoga. In this 60 minute class you will do the traditional 26 postures + 2 breathing exercises in a slightly different sequence including flowing many of the postures. Variations of the postures may be given. The instructor will practice along with the class to demonstrate some of the postures for this reason this class is limited to 9 students.
60 Music Yoga Class
All the postures from the traditional Hot Yoga class in a slower 60 minute format. Practice mostly one set each of the 26 postures + 2 breathing exercises set to music. The teacher will give plenty of modifications making this class great for seasoned practitioners that want to learn more about the postures and perfect for beginners that are new to the practice.
84 CLASSIC ASANAS
An opportunity to dive deeper into your practice. Join Jessica as she leads you through the original 84 postures in this two hour class every Friday. You will gain a deeper understanding of the 26 + 2 and have the opportunity to learn many new postures.
