Beyond Hot 90

(AKA Bikram Yoga)

90 MINUTES | HOT (105 Degrees, 40% Humidity) | ALL LEVELS

BEYOND HOT 90 (AKA Bikram Yoga, the original Hot Yoga) is a dynamic and exhilarating routine of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises (pranayama) practiced in the calm and detoxifying environment of a heated studio. The heat allows you to work deep into muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, organs, and every cell of the body, to heal from the inside out. Beyond Hot 90 has many health benefits, including stress relief, weight loss, increased lung capacity, increased stamina, improved muscle tone, increased flexibility, improved sleeping patterns, and injury prevention. In time, you will learn to focus your mind and control your breath, leading you to a happier and healthier life. This class is perfect for new students and experienced practitioners.

Beyond Hot 60

60 MINUTES | HOT (105 Degrees, 40% Humidity) | ALL LEVELS

BEYOND HOT 60 is based off the Beyond Hot 90 (aka Bikram Yoga) class (see description above) but done in a condensed 60 minute format. While this class is an all levels class, since it moves faster (and is sometimes practiced with music and less verbal instruction), it is recommended for students to have taken the Beyond Hot 90 class at least 3 times before attending.

Beyond Hot PLUS

90 MINUTES | HOT (100-105 Degrees, 40% Humidity) | ALL LEVELS

Looking to take your practice to the next level? Based off the Beyond Hot 90 class (AKA Bikram Yoga) the Beyond Hot PLUS class gives you an opportunity to practice the 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises (pranayama) and explore different variations in the 2nd set. Postures will change from week to week in this fun and less formal class, so grab a yoga block and strap and explore your yoga practice. It is recommended that you have some knowledge of the Beyond Hot 90 (AKA Bikram Yoga) series, but this is not a strict requirement, as this class moves slower and allows the student many opportunities to observe.

Hot Vinyasa Flow

75 Minutes | HOT (95 Degrees) | All Levels

HOT VINYASA FLOW is a faster paced heated Vinyasa class accompanied by music and incorporating dynamic flows and postures (asanas) from various yoga styles, such as Baptiste Yoga and Barkan Method Yoga. Practiced in the detoxifying environment of a heated studio, this class focuses on strength, balance, and flexibility, while also providing a cardio experience that leaves you feeling energized and refreshed, as you learn to connect breath to movement. This class is intended for all levels, with modifications offered for the newer student and amplifications offered for the more experienced practitioner. Get ready to sweat!

Warm Slow Flow Vinyasa

60 MINUTES | WARM (85-90 Degrees) | ALL LEVELS

WARM SLOW FLOW VINYASA is a slower paced warm Vinyasa class, incorporating gentle flows and postures (asanas) from various yoga styles and lineages. Practiced in the detoxifying calm of a gently heated studio, this class is a relaxing blend of meditative flows, deeper stretching, and breath. All levels welcome!

Yin Yoga

75-90 MINUTES | NON HEATED | ALL LEVELS

YIN YOGA is a non-heated class that focuses on breathing, stillness, and deeper stretching. This class targets tendons, ligaments, and the deep connective tissue of the body known as fascia, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Postures (asanas) are mainly done on the floor in a non-heated or slightly warm environment. Yin Yoga helps develop a deeper awareness and appreciation of inner silence, while also regulating the flow of energy throughout the body. Relax, restore, and reset with this deeply meditative practice. All levels welcome!

Ashtanga Inspired Yoga

75 MINUTES | NON HEATED | ALL LEVELS

Based off the Ashtanga Primary series, this class will help you build physical and mental strength and focus. Practiced in a non-heated room, this class moves through a prescribed set postures (asanas), while channeling energy through the body using locks (bandhas) and concentrating on singular points of focus using gaze (drishti). This challenging, yet steady paced class, will leave you feeling strong, grounded, and calm. All levels welcome!

Warm Align + Flow Vinyasa

75 MINUTES | WARM (85-90 Degrees) | ALL LEVELS

WARM ALIGN AND FLOW VINYASA is a slower paced warm Vinyasa class that focuses more deeply on the alignment of postures (asanas) and connecting breath to movement. Practiced in the detoxifying clam of a gently heated studio, this class is good for both your mind and body. All levels welcome and an excellent place for the new student to begin their Vinyasa practice!

Inferno Hot Pilates

75 MINUTES | HOT (90 Degrees) | ALL LEVELS

INFERNO HOT PILATES is a full body, low impact, high intensity, sweaty workout set to upbeat music. All postures are per­formed on a yoga mat in a heated studio. In this class you will strength­en mus­cles and burn fat, with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out. All levels welcome!
